Finished with flannel-lined pole heading, Velcro tabs and golden yellow rayon fringe.These American flags are designed for display either indoors or in parades. Because the fringe is not color fast to the elements nor stitched to withstand windy conditions we recommend that they not be used as outdoor flags.
